In an earlier posts I discuss how working in tech breeds poor health habits and how I too, was at one point, going down the road to ruin. So, in case you’re interested what that looked like. Here is a picture. I was probably pushing 190 at the time. My weight peaked at about 205. Currently I’m drifting between 160 and 165. I wouldn’t mind dropping a point or two in body fat percentage nut that’s just vanity talking.
